All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers held in house. All payment are made using TAKEPAYMENTS. All transactions are encrypted and not stored by One Quiet Reflection. As stated in their terms and condition, you are responsible for your username and password and the confidentiality of it. The password is stored and encrypted in an SQL database and it cannot be decoded and read by anyone.
NO Credit card details are stored on our system or servers as this is handled by the card provider.
Transmission Security
We cannot guarantee that our servers will be completely secure. We will do our best to keep your information protected. Any transmitted data is done at your own risk.
Our servers are protected by firewalls to stop the ingress of unauthorised access.
Retention Period
It is our intention that all accounts are operational for period of 25 + years from the date of setting up. Access to the accounts by the administrators during this time will need to be up to date and for this reason your personal data – except any card payment details will be kept on our systems.
If an account is closed and the administrator of the account wishes for it to be removed from the site this will be undertaken in a timely manner.
There will be no refund of any monies that have been paid.

We have no advertising on our site and therefore you should not receive any marketing emails, however we can’t guarantee this. We do not use your data for commercial purposes, only for the used with in O-QR.
